Welcome to the Espresso Idiot's review page of the offerings served up at Toby's Estate. Toby's Estate are true espresso appreciation cafes, and sets the benchmark against which all other cafes in Sydney competing for the espresso aficiondao's dollar should be assessed. They have it all here; espresso appreciation classes, latte art, barista courses, as well was offering up varying blends and single origin beans for the take home market. The real difference between Toby's Estate and the other cafes is that the punters get to try the various beans on offer at Toby's to see what the differences are, and to be able to make an informed decision about what type of coffee they wish to buy to take home. Toby's estate beans are widely available at organic and gourmet food stores as they specialise in certified organic products as well as a fair sprinkling of social justice, forest friendly, and bird friendly products as well. You can sip your espresso and save the world at the same time!
Special note to those of you that wish to save a bit of cash, if you are buying beans you can usually sample the espresso for free, and they have a loyalty card discount that entitles you to certain free products over time depending on purchases. Make the most of this, if you enjoy this place as much as I do you will be coming back.
