Please note that the reviews on this site will be updated, and the venues will be visited more than once, and reassessed over time. If you feel that you've been unfairly reviewed by this site, please contact us and we can arrange to attend your venue again to see if any improvement has been made. However, we will not let you know when, or who will be visiting as the purpose of this site is to provide unbiased assessments of Espresso that is available to the public. It wouldn't be fair if you knew when we were coming and who we are or you might give us better treatment than everyone else!
